Direct Leads: We don’t do round robins or shared referrals. Any inquiries we get in your county — through the Facebook group, our website, or other channels — go straight to you. A simple 25% referral fee only if it closes.
Comment Freely, Post Instantly: Your posts don’t wait in a queue. You can comment and engage in threads in your county whenever you want — because you’ve earned that role.
Group Expert Badge: Every time you post or comment, people see that you’re the approved expert for your area. It’s a small thing, but it builds trust fast.
Plugged Into a Statewide Network: Share listings, ideas, and market updates with other land-focused brokers across NC. Optional trainings and insider convos are available too — no fluff, just people who know land.

This is for brokers who want listing exposure without the extra responsibilities.
Post Your Listings: You can share listings in the group (subject to mod approval), but you won’t be engaging in public threads.
No Vetting Required: As long as you follow the rules and post quality content, you’re welcome to participate.
Clean and Simple: This tier is designed for brokers who just want their listings in front of real land buyers — nothing more, nothing less.
